Chain guidings in different executions
Chain guide rails ensure precise and smooth running of roller chains and conveyor chains. Plastic sliding profiles ensure less chain tension thanks to the good sliding properties of the guide rails. For more wear-prone applications, we offer steel guides in a variety of sizes and shapes. We are also happy to offer manganese bars or wear strips made of Hardox® for even more demanding applications. For highly demanding applications, FB also has wear resistant hard-faced guide rails in its range.

Chain guides out of plastic
Plastic glide bars have the great advantage of low frictional resistance and low operating noise when the chain is running. We supply guide rails made of PE (also as regenerated material), POM, PA and many other materials. In addition to the frequently used s green, we also offer our slide rails in black, natural or blue (often used in the food industry). Plastic slide profiles ensure lower chain tension thanks to the good sliding properties of the slide guides. We adapt the shape of the plastic slide profiles to the individual requirements of your applications. Standard solutions for roller chains are also available.
Wear stripes and gliding bars out of steel
For more wear-prone applications, we offer steel guides in various sizes and shapes as C profile, L profile as flat steel or in individual designs. We are also happy to offer wear strips made of manganese steel or chain guides made of Hardox® for even more challenging applications. The durability of these versions is significantly increased compared to the standard versions. For highly demanding applications, FB also has guide rails with a highly wear-resistant armored coating in its range. Here, a particularly hard layer is applied to a steel profile to ensure maximum wear resistance. These highly wear-resistant slide rails are particularly suitable for applications where replacement is particularly time-consuming and costly.
