The innovative FB INNO flight bar serves as a scraper for double-strand chains in conveyor systems. The INNO flights made of pressed wood are wear-resistant and durable and are in no way inferior to steel flights. In the event of overloading, e.g. due to jammed foreign objects in conveyor systems, the flights break and thus serve as a predetermined breaking point. If this happens with installed steel scrapers, the entire chain is usually deformed and a complete replacement is necessary. It is not uncommon for parts of the conveyor system to be damaged, resulting in high repair costs. With the FB INNO flights, the chain and system are protected and only the scrapers need to be replaced! In addition, by using INNO flights we achieve a high weight saving compared to steel flights and can therefore also save energy.
